Boston Marathon

Boston Marathon was a trip. The Nor'easter hit the coast and brought cold wet windy weather. Jo and I did have fun with our friends....but the race was miserable. I was on my pace through 11 but started slowing after that. Hit the halfway mark behind schedule...so I shut it down for the rest of the day. Slower running + cold + hills created cramps. I had to stop at three different aid stations for a leg massage. Cleveland Marathon is next.
