Good Blood

I got the blood work results back from my physical today. Liver, kidneys, etc are all good. Here are my cholesterol numbers (sorry Jo)

• Total Blood Cholesterol Level - 188 (under 200 is desirable)
• HDL / Good Cholesterol Level - 63 (above 60 is excellent)
• LDL / Bad Cholesterol Level - 115 (100 to 129 is near optimal)
• Triglyceride Level - 48 (Normal is less than 150)

I will celebrate with a Mountain Dew and a couple Twinkies
