USATF National XC Championships

Mason, Ohio - This is my 3rd year of doing this race. I am fortunate to be on an elite running club that participates in this event. Every year it is different and better. The 2007 edition was cold and muddy. The snow had mostly melted by the time we ran and it turned into sticky soup. My time wasn't very good...but expected based on my speed fitness right now.
