Recovery Week

I love my recovery weeks. The older I get, the more valuable these become. Nothing but easy running this week.

Mon - 4 miles easy
Tue - 1hr 15min easy
Wed - 1hr 20min easy
Thu - 1hr 15min easy
Fri - off
Sat - 1hr 40min easy
Sun - 1hr easy

The workouts get tough starting next week. Hopefully I can get back to being this guy again...
